Confirmation of bookings is subject to a deposit of 50% of the booking price by 29/11/2023.
After this date, confirmation of bookings is subject to an immediate deposit of 50% of the booking price.
The total amount of the Programme must be paid in full by 18/12/2023.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 29/11/2023 without any penalty, and if a deposit has been made, it will be refunded in full. For cancellations after 29/11/2023, there will be no refund of the amount deposited as a guarantee.
